We clean the whole property inside. This includes removing cobwebs, cleaning walls, ceiling fans, air conditioners, and fixtures. We clean windows, vacuum floors, clean carpets, scrub toilets, and clean the kitchen and all appliances. We also wipe down shelves, drawers, and cupboards.
We clean to the standard agents look for at the final inspection. We cannot decide if your bond comes back, as that is up to your agent and landlord. But if they flag anything about our cleaning, we come back and fix it at no extra cost.
